| The "Community Support" collection gives support in job hunting and the government's online Find a job process. To help those wanting to know more about and claim Universal Credit there is a step by step guide for users to follow. For people currently arriving in the United Kingdom to settle in their new home, "Life in the UK (the British way of Life)" is a guide to prepare people for many aspects of British life. | The Community Support Collection contains:

- You need to sign up to a product the first time you use it. After that you can log in quickly just using the username and password that you chose.
- Once you have signed up to one product you can login to any of them with your username and password. You only need to sign up once.
- You need a unique number to sign up. To access the trial, use any number of the form ADAPTxxxxxxxx, where the eight x’s are any digits from 0 to 9 (e.g. ADAPT18735624).

- All products are customised with the client's logo at the top right. This then appears on all pages.
- The number used on the Signup page can be any unique number such Membership Number etc.
- It will be validated as requested by the client.
